Afternoon Tea

I can honestly say this was my favourite afternoon tea to make at my first work place. The pastry chef had designed it for the winter season so everything tasted incredible.

Each customer was given a set of sandwiches; Rarebit and brioch crisps; Fresh plain and raisin scones with clotted cream and Jam and for the finally Short bread buscuits with creme chantilly and fresh strawberries, Passion fruit cheesecake, Chocolate macarons and a triffle of set orange flavoured custard, poached pears in mulled wine with creme chantilly and orange zest on top. Absolutely gorgeous if I do say so my self.
